Additional Charges
Each Preferred Postal Plan has limits on the number of recipients, incoming mail pieces per month and the number of open and scans. For example the Starter plan allows for only one recipient, 30 pieces of incoming mail and five open and scans per month, while the Premium plan provides for six recipients, 500 incoming mail and twenty open and scans.
If you exceed the number of incoming mail pieces and/or have more than 5 open and scans you will incur additional charges.
Received
$.50 per extra envelope or package scan.
Open & Scan
$2.00 per envelope for up to 10 pages, then $.25 per additional page.
Mail Forwarding
$.85 cents per item plus the cost of shipping.
Mail Storage
First 30 days free, then $.05 per envelope per day.
Package Storage
First 7 days free, then $.10 per pound per day.
Recipients
$5 per month, per additional recipient or user.
Local Pickup
Some locations may charge a nominal fee to pick up mail or packages.
