What do you mean by a recipient?
Preferred Postal charges by how many mail recipients you have in your subscription. Each person (or entity) that you choose to have us forward mail for is a recipient.
We will only process mail for registered recipeints so it is important to make sure you add your reciopients to your account correctly. Preferred Postal automatically make the user/owner of the account a recipient. You may edit this to change to someone else or, perhaps, your company.
If we receive mail for any addressee that is not a registered recipient, we will return the mail to the sender.
