Storage Services & Fees

Storage is charged on all mail after 30-days from the time it is received and added to your Customer Dashboard until you request it to be recycled of shipped to you. For packages, the free storage period is 7-days after which storage will be charged.

Letter Storage

After your letter exceeds the free storage period of 30-days, each mail item that has not been shipped, recycled or picked up will be charged a fee of $0.05 per mail item per day.

Package Storage

After your package exceeds the free storage period of 7-days, each item that has not been shipped or picked up will be charged a fee of $0.10 per pound per day.
