What is a recipient?

A recipient is an individual or organization to whom mail is addressed and for whom we process mail.
Preferred Postal subscription plans are based on the number of recipients in the plan.
The US Postal Service rules require that we have on file a USPS 1583 form for each recipient together with two forms of accceptable ID.
If we do not have a signed, notarized form 1583 copy on file for a recipient (addressee) we are not allowed to accept mail for that entity and we must return the mail to the sender.

Typical subscription plans.
